Rockland Qutab Hospital has upgraded its diagnostic capabilities in line with the new group hospitals at Manesar and Dwarka in the Delhi NCR. Rockland Hospitals was recently awarded the prestigious NABL certification as recognition of the quality of its laboratory services.
The latest upgradation by installing CT and MRI is expected to benefit the patients greatly through better and sharper imaging. The ongoing upgradation reportedly includes the installation of a CT – Philips 128 Slice, and a Philips 1.5 T MRI. Oscar Fernandes, Senior Congress Leader, inaugurated the upgraded diagnostic facilities centre at the Rockland Qutab Hospital on June 12, 2013.
Rockland Group is looking at inorganic growth by building a network model of healthcare delivery as a part of their long term expansion plans. This will be reportedly done through a five layered model connecting the Rockland tertiary care hospitals with small hospitals, nursing homes and clinics with the last leg connectivity through health volunteers. This model will be replicated in a phased manner to cover the entire North and North East India.
