Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital, Mumbai (NMICC) has announced scaling-up of its cancer care offerings by on-boarding a team of internationally acclaimed cancer specialists.
NMICC aims to augment the scope of cancer diagnosis and treatment with a holistic approach in Western India. The institute will offer patient care through Disease Management Groups (DMG) specialised in management of Head and Neck, Breast, Gynaecological, Hepatobiliary and Gastrointestinal, Orthopaedic and Haematological cancers to name a few.
NMICC will launch the rare Onco-Robotic surgery program assisted by latest Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system. The institute will offer comprehensive range of diagnostic, medical and surgical services through advanced technologies such as Halcyon—the latest linear accelerator and HIPEC (Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy) and also advanced surgical procedures such as limb salvage cancer surgery, breast reconstruction and oncoplasty, head and neck surgery with reconstruction and fertility preservation for gynaecological cancers.
