B Medical Systems signs MoU with the Government of Gujarat for the manufacturing of medical cold chain equipment
The MoU was signed on the 22nd of November 2021 in the presence of Chief Minister of Gujarat and by the CEO of B Medical Systems India
B Medical Systems has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat, as part of the Investment Promotion Activity for Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2022. As per the agreement, Rs.100 Crore will be invested for the manufacturing of medical and cold chain equipment aimed at supporting the Indian healthcare system.
The MoU was signed on the 22nd of November 2021 in the presence of the Bhupendrabhai Patel, Chief Minister of Gujarat and by Jesal Doshi, CEO of B Medical Systems India. The signing of the MoU is the continuation of investment activities by B Medical Systems following the bilateral summit between the Prime Minister of India and the Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Xavier Bettel, on the 19th of November 2020.

B Medical Systems India was established in early 2021 after B Medical Systems received the invitation from the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modito establish a production facility in India to support the country’s immunisation efforts. In Aug 2021, B Medical Systems India commenced the operations of its corporate office in Mumbai and the development of its manufacturing facility in Mundra, Gujarat, is nearing its completion.
