Medtech company, Axio Biosolutions recently participated in the International Defence Exhibition & Conference (IDEX) 2023. The event showcased the latest technologies across land, sea, and air sectors of defence, making it the largest platform for government departments, businesses, and armed forces to witness the latest advancements in the industry.
The company showcased its Made-in-India chitosan-based products- Axiostat and MaxioCel, which are used for bleeding control in battlefield conditions. The company demonstrated its bleeding control solutions such as the Military Z-Fold gauze and launched the Axiostat Suraksha Kavach (ASK) kit for battlefield injuries. The ASK kit is an intricately designed and assembled first aid kit that provides bleeding control solutions for aircrafts, submarines, naval ships, and other armoured vehicles, which usually lack these devices.
At IDEX 2023, Axio Biosolutions collaborated with other Indian defence companies who came as part of the PHDCCI delegation (PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry) to discuss mutual business opportunities. The event was attended by thousands of local and international manufacturers and contractors who serve military forces, making it a grand success with over 1350 exhibitors, 1.3 Lakh visitors, and 65 countries’ delegates.
