Integrates ABHA ID to enable easy access to healthcare funding
Digisparsh has announced its integration with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).
Enabling easy access to healthcare capital, the company aims to bridge the funding gap for patients as well as hospitals. Customers can now create ABHA ID with DigiSparsh and gain access to patient financing services in case of emergencies. The company received a nod from National Health Authority (NHA) to enable ABHA ID creations for the citizens of India.
The company has already onboarded 1,000+ hospitals in its network and served more than 25,000 patients to date.
Commenting on the need to support more businesses working to address this problem, Saurabh Soni, Founder, Digisparsh said, “Accessing funds for emergency healthcare is a complex procedure involving cumbersome paperwork on the patient’s end. No one should have to think about their insurance provider while caring for a loved one. Aligning with ABDM gives us the confidence to enable the patient to securely access the funds they need while ensuring hospitals get their due payments promptly as well.”
