‘India Fights TB’ campaign launched in Maharashtra

HEAL Foundation, in collaboration with Mylan Pharmaceuticals, has launched the India Fights TB campaign in Maharashtra targeting Pune Rural and Dharashiv district to combat the growing challenge of tuberculosis, 

 The multi-channel campaign activities are designed to support the local population using culturally aligned methods to engage and educate. Nukkad Nataks, a traditional form of street theatre, will dramatise TB-related issues, radio activations will broadcast informative content to reach a wider audience. Additionally, subject matter expert interviews will feature prominent personalities discussing TB prevention and treatment, further amplifying the message.

The initiative aims to make a meaningful impact in the fight against TB with key stakeholders’ support and community involvement.
