Bain Capital-backed 360ONE invests in A4Hospitals
The investment will support growth and expansion efforts while enhancing service offerings
360 ONE’s Healthcare Opportunities Fund has entered into definitive agreements to invest in A4 Hospitals, an integrated women’s healthcare chain based in Tamil Nadu. Founded by healthcare professionals Dr Ashok Kumar and Dr Aruna Ashok, A4 Hospitals offers a wide range of services, including fertility treatments (IVF), maternity care, and gynaecological services.
The growth capital from 360 ONE’s Healthcare Opportunities Fund will be strategically invested to enhance its service offerings, elevate brand recognition, and market positioning to further bolster A4 Hospitals’ presence in Tamil Nadu as well as other newer geographies. Wodehouse Capital Advisors’ was the sole financial and strategic advisor for the transaction.
This transaction marks Wodehouse Capital Advisors’ second consecutive deal within a month in the Healthcare Services sector. Wodehouse Capital is engaged in discussions with various healthcare companies as it collaborates with A4 Hospitals and 360 ONE on strategic initiatives aimed at driving the next phase of growth.
