Finance Minister has taken commendable step by allocating funds for the development of new medical colleges and hospitals across India. It is a blend of incentives to various sections with special focus on skill development, rural development, health, sanitation and particularly infrastructure, which was the need of the hour. By increasing tax on Cigarettes, Tobacco and aerated drinks, I feel the budget for healthcare is on the right track.
