Livlong 365 expands operations to strengthen its presence in India

Livlong 365, a health-tech platform backed by the IIFL Group, is taking steps towards transforming outpatient (OPD) healthcare in India. Livlong 365 provides services like doctor consultations, diagnostic tests, health plans, OPD packages, home care and online medicine orders.

Operating in 800+ cities and covering over 19,000 pin codes, Livlong 365 connects patients to more than 10,000 doctors across 35+ specialties. 

The company’s Payvidor model integrates payer and provider services and aims to ensure a seamless and cost-effective experience for its customers. In addition to its core offerings, Livlong 365 recently introduced the ‘Regard Elderly Care’ programme, aimed at addressing the healthcare needs of the elderly.

In FY 2024, Livlong 365 recorded ₹163.6 crore in revenue, with a projected growth of 40-50 per cent for the upcoming fiscal year.
