Viraa Care secures $108 thousand in pre-seed funding

The pre-seed funding will accelerate projects under the pipeline, enabling the company to expand its reach and enhance its offerings in the parenting and healthcare space

Viraa Care, a health-tech platform specialising in infant nutrition and pediatric feeding, has raised $108 thousand in a pre-seed funding round. The round also included FDI from a French investor, underscoring Viraa Care’s strategy for international expansion and its goal of influencing global child health standards.

With this investment Viraa Care aims to build a comprehensive childcare infant nutrition system modelled after the successful frameworks of Northern Europe, ensuring Indian families have access to a robust support structure. Additionally, the funding will aim to enhance Viraa Care’s live courses on infant and pediatric nutrition, offering parents expert guidance that emphasises fresh, nutrient-dense foods over heavily marketed processed baby products.

The pre-seed funding will accelerate projects under the pipeline, enabling the company to expand its reach and enhance its offerings in the parenting and healthcare space.
