Dr Rajpal, an IIM Calcutta alumnus, has held leadership roles at several hospitals and healthcare organisations, including COO and EVP positions, where he successfully led operations, digital transformation, and profitability improvements. Notably, he spearheaded the first NABH accreditation in Western India and consistently enhanced quality standards. Dr Rajpal, a qualified medical graduate, also holds postgraduate credentials in administration, public health, IT and finance.
The hospital was recently recognised with NABH accreditation. In addition to various private cashless insurance tie-ups, Masina Hospital has recently secured the widely recognised GIPSA cashless insurance approvals, enabling cashless TPA services at competitive rates. The approval includes partnerships with four public sector insurance giants: National Insurance, New India Assurance, Oriental Insurance, and United India Insurance, allowing the hospital to cater to a larger segment of the population.
