With over 24 years of experience in management, Sohal aims to add value with his extensive expertise across multiple, key healthcare verticals
Nanavati Super Speciality Hospital (NSSH) has appointed senior healthcare professional Manpreet Sohal as its Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Prior to Nanavati Hospital, Sohal was CEO of Gleneagles Global Hospitals and Zonal Director of Fortis Healthcare, Mumbai. He is credited with over 24 years of professional experience, including 10 years in Senior Health Care Management.
During his tenures at Gleneagles Global Hospitals and Fortis Healthcare, he excelled in hospital operations and improved the quality of care, physician and medical staff relations, supply chain management and total project management including medical equipment procurement and manpower sourcing.
Sohal completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Punjab University and Healthcare Delivery Management programme from Harvard Business School. He assumed the office of Director & COO at NSSH from November 30, 2019.

During his career, Sohal has worked extensively with large healthcare chains such as Fortis Healthcare where he was the Zonal Director, Mumbai. In that role he functioned as CEO of Fortis SL Raheja Hospital. Medical Facilities such as Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Hiranandani Hospital, Navi Mumbai (a PPP project) and Jessaram Hospital, New Delhi have flourished under Sohal’s leadership.
