Pristyn Care, Insurers partner to introduce cashless treatment in non-empanelled hospitals

45-minute express discharge available in all partner hospitals with affiliation with Aditya Birla Health Insurance and Park TPA

Pristyn Care has announced the launch of its pilot program to introduce cashless facilities in non-network hospitals, in line with the IRDAI’s “Insurance For All by 2047” initiative. This initiative aims to allow patients to access cashless treatments outside their insurance network to simplify payment processes and ease the financial burden on patients and their families. The initiative also aims to build better trust in medical insurance, addressing long-standing fears and misinformation.

In conjunction with this, Pristyn Care is unveiling a 45-minute Express Discharge Service in partner hospitals. The partnership between Pristyn Care, Park TPA, Aditya Birla Health Insurance, and various Insurance/TPAs is designed to enable patients to be discharged within 45 minutes of receiving their final discharge approval and set to reduce discharge wait times by up to 90 per cent.  This service tackles the common delays patients face during the discharge process, improving the overall patient experience.

Through these programmes, Pristyn Care aims to gain deeper insights into patients’ financial challenges and explore further ways to enhance the healthcare experience in India.
