MedLern’s digital L&D aids KD Hospital achieve NABH digital health excellence certification

These standards advocate for a centralised information system that streamlines communication between healthcare facilities and patients, reduces errors, and ensures proper medicine stocking

MedLern has partnered with KD Hospital, Ahmedabad in digitising its L&D strategy. This was one of the initiatives of KD Hospital to secure the NABH certification for digital health excellence.

NABH has introduced India’s first Digital Health Standards to ensure the safe and secure use of digital health solutions, aiming to enhance the overall clinical care and quality ecosystem. These standards advocate for a centralised information system that streamlines communication between healthcare facilities and patients, reduces errors, and ensures proper medicine stocking. The NABH digital health standards are organised into different chapters based on various clinical and non-clinical touch-points, ensuring a holistic approach to digital health excellence.

MedLern’s training solutions, including AI-driven simulation training, address complex training needs across hospital departments. This approach aims to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency by automating and innovating in key areas such as time and efficiency management, employee engagement, compliance management, knowledge improvement, and ongoing assessments.

By aligning with NABH digital health standards, hospitals can upscale their health infrastructure, reduce errors, enhance patient care, and ensure efficient operations. MedLern’s training modules are designed to support hospitals in this transformative journey, making quality healthcare accessible and efficient.
