The company is currently associated with 10 hospitals, providing comprehensive lab management, including 24/7 in-house phlebotomy and lab testing services. The company plans to extend its network by offering laboratory services to hospitals with 50 or more beds over the next five years. The goal is to enhance diagnostic capabilities in hospitals across North India by March 2027.

In certain hospital lab management models, City Imaging & Clinical Labs also offers radiology services, including X-ray, with images of X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs transmitted via PACS and reported through teleradiology.
