A knowledge paper – Ensuring care for the golden years – ‘Way forward for India; Leapfrogging beyond Hospitalization’ will also be released at the inaugural session.
The conference is expected to witness a participation of over 300 delegates from the whole spectrum of health insurance stakeholders, including senior representatives from the government, insurers, healthcare providers, TPAs, multi-lateral/ bilateral agencies, and medical technology companies.
This day-long conference will cover about new financing models for elderly, chronic and primary care, and how it has become, almost mandatory, for insurance providers to focus on these areas in order to gain competitive edge and maintain a stronghold in the market. Focus of discussions, thus, would be on how health insurers, providers, distributors, policy makers and the government are reacting to the changing market dynamics and consumer profile, necessitating product innovation for comprehensive health financing structures.
