According to the recent State Economic Survey, Mumbai tops in the number of accidents. Mumbai stands at a whopping ratio of 92 per 10,000 vehicles as compared to the rest of the state. In 2014, the city’s roads saw 527 fatalities, a steep rise from 497 recorded in the previous year.
