Gulbahar Taurani appointed President, Philips Personal Health Business, India

Taurani, in his earlier position as Marketing Director looked after consumer connect, brand awareness, innovation, operational excellence for all businesses

Royal Philips elevated Gulbahar Taurani as President, Philips Personal Health Business, India. Taurani will succeed A.D.A Ratnam. Taurani, has been with Philips for 15 years and till recently was the marketing director for personal health in India looking after areas like consumer connect, brand awareness, innovation and operational excellence for all businesses.

“I am delighted to see Gulbahar taking on the role of business head for personal health in India, building on the strong legacy left by Ratnam. Ratnam had worked with Philips for over 14 years. “His (Ratnam) efforts have been instrumental in turning around the India business into one of the most profitable and fastest growing businesses in personal health globally. He leaves behind a strong and capable team at Philips personal health” said Mazon.
