India Accelerator (IA) – a fund-led accelerator with Global Accelerator Network has launched an exclusive healthcare acceleration program – Swaastha, in partnership with Aarambh Incubation Centre at Anant National University in Gujarat, the inauguration of which is planned to be held on 29th June at the university premises in Ahmedabad.
Designed as a dedicated accelerator program, Swaastha aims to empower startups incubated in Aarambh Incubation Centre with a 12-weeks program, followed by a Demo Day for fundraising and networking opportunities.
Commenting on the launch of Swaastha Accelerator, Arindam Mukhopadhyay , Partner and Head of Corporate Innovation at India Accelerator said, “Our latest initiative Swaastha Accelerator will combine industry expertise and Anant’s design thinking approach to nurture young entrepreneurial minds. Together, we look forward to drive advancements by refining industry standards and accelerating the future of healthcare innovation.”
“Our focus in this program is to give meaningful insights and guidance to promising start-ups in the medical- healthcare sector. These participants will be able to extract knowledge and wisdom of experts from the entire realm of healthcare ecosystem right from practicing doctors to business leads, technical experts from design, technology and manufacturing and finally to logistics and marketing,” said Prof. Milind Chitale, Director- Maker Space Associate Professor at Anant National University.
