Narasimha Jayakumar is set to lead Nightingales to the next phase of growth
Nightingales Home Health Services, an enterprise of Medwell Ventures appointed Narasimha Jayakumar as their Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Bengaluru. Jayakumar was previously the Chief Business Officer (CBO) of 99acres.com, a premier online classifieds company.
Announcing the appointment, Vishal Bali, Co-Founder and Chairman, Medwell Ventures said, “Nightingales is poised to be the front runner in the home healthcare sector in India. We took an early position in the emerging home healthcare sector through a differentiated clinical offering. Narasimha’s vast experience and exemplary track record as a business leader with deep experience in building consumer centric businesses will benefit Nightingales immensely. We are excited to have him on board to take forward our next phase of expansion.”
Jayakumar is set to lead its next phase of growth beyond the cities of Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune where the company operates its multi-branch model of specialty home healthcare services for chronic diseases. The company has a team of more than 1000 people across India.
He holds a BTech (Computer Engineering, REC Surathkal), PGDM (IIM-Bangalore) and an MBA from the London Business School.
On his appointment, Jayakumar, said, “Home Healthcare Services are the next wave of healthcare in India.
