OMRON Healthcare and Tricog Health have collaborated to launch and deploy KeeboHealth, a connected, AI-based cardiac care solution that aims to improve heart failure management through remote monitoring and personalised care solutions. The two companies previously joined hands in 2023 to announce a foray into the remote home heart monitoring and management segment).
KeeboHealth is a platform that integrates AI-based medical technology with data analytics, leveraging home ECG monitoring to enhance the ability of healthcare providers to manage patient care efficiently. Besides the digital ecosystem, it offers a range of OMRON products- particularly home ECG monitors along with blood pressure monitors and weighing scales to help cardiac care patients enhance monitoring and, in turn, receive more effective and timely treatment strategies from their doctors.
OMRON Blood Pressure Monitors and Home ECG Monitors (OMRON Complete, HEM 7156 T), along with a Weighing Scale (OMRON HN 300) are a part of KeeboHealth Solution.
As per the studies conducted by Tricog in 2024, the early patient data in India showcased the transformative impact of KeeboHealth’s remote patient monitoring (RPM) solution on heart failure management, delivering a 30 per cent reduction in hospital readmission rates and a 45 per cent improvement in adherence to Guideline-Directed Medical Therapy (GDMT). This highlights how KeeboHealth can enable early intervention, better medication titration, and sustained patient engagement.
OMRON and KeeboHealth prepare to introduce this solution to the market by early April 2025.
