In small towns and cities like Panchkula, the concept of dedicated mother and child care hospitals is new. With Paras Bliss, Paras Healthcare is introducing a new chain of specialised mother and childcare facilities,” said Dr Rishi Mangat, Centre Head, Paras Bliss, Panchkula.
The hospital has a team consisting of personal birthing consultants, paediatrics and neonatologists including Dr Nupur Shah, Consultant Fetal Medicine, Dr Monica Abrol, Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecologist, Dr Nayana Pathak, Consultant Obstetrics & Gynaecologist, Dr Shilva, Consultant Obstetrics & Gynaecologist, Gunjan Pannu, Chief Dietician, Dr Akshay Mehta, Consultant Neonatology under the supervision of Dr Krishan Yadav, HOD Neonatology, Paras Bliss Hospital.
Besides offering exclusive mother and childcare, the hospital also has the expertise in Foetal Medicine and in Neonatology with Developmental Supportive Care and handling.
“Apart from the medical needs, there are other areas where a woman needs expert support and guidance. Some women experience anxiety and nervousness during the transition, others are concerned about weight issues. With all the well developed programs and expertise, at Paras Bliss, we aim at providing perinatal care – care beginning from pregnancy to the post delivery. The technology and medical expertise rich facilities would act as a haven for the neonates. Our aim is to create a holistic environment where every woman feels secure, welcome and heard. With Paras Bliss, we wish to evolve healthcare in becoming a part of the patients’ life – from trying to conceive, to pregnancy, delivery and post natal care,” added Dr Mangat.
