The 3rd edition of Pharma Live Expo & Summit 2025 is set to take place from 17th to 19th April 2025 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. Organised by ICEXPO Consults in collaboration with the Indian Drug Manufacturers’ Association (IDMA), the event is supported by the Federation of Pharmaceutical and Allied Products Merchant Exports (FPME), Federation of Pharma Entrepreneurs (FOPE), and key industry stakeholders.
Under the theme The Connected Health Ecosystem: Integrating Devices, Pharma, and Technology, the event will feature a sector-focused agenda. It aims to foster collaboration and highlight advancements in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, medical devices, MedTech, and AI-driven healthtech innovations.
The expo will bring together over 225 exhibitors, showcasing more than 12,000 products and solutions across industries such as pharma manufacturing, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, cosmeceuticals, nutraceuticals, packaging, and healthcare IT. Visitors can explore pharmaceutical machinery, API and raw material suppliers, R&D innovations, and sustainability-focused solutions like cleanroom technologies and eco-friendly practices.
Over 20,000 visitors, including 100 international delegates from 20 countries, are expected to attend. Delegations from regions such as Africa, CIS, and LATAM, supported by the Indo Latin American Chamber of Commerce (ILACC), will participate in a reverse buyer-seller meet.

The event will feature sector-focused conferences spread over three days:

- Day 3: MedTech and AI Healthtech – Innovations in artificial intelligence and digital health
