QAI entered into MoU with the Society for Quality in Healthcare in Nigeria (SQHN) on July 10, 2020. SQHN is the Accreditation Body in Nigeria providing accreditation to hospitals. The objective of this MoU is to promote quality and safety in Nigeria and in the Region. Primarily, target audience would be from Lower and Middle Income Countries (LMIC), however open to anyone from any country.
Both the organisations will work together in the area of skill and learning development through outcome based trainings. This MoU is one of its kind wherein two accreditation bodies are collaborating from India and Nigeria for the benefit of healthcare professionals to offer them affordable skill-based training programmes. This will also help in capacity building of healthcare professionals to deal with pandemics like COVID-19. These virtual training programmes would leverage the technology for the best possible outcome. QAI would be leading the technical aspects by utilising its panel of experts.
