Health-tech company Salubrious Technologies has launched 120 by 80, a digital platform designed exclusively for professionals to connect with patients. The platform aims to address the gaps in healthcare accessibility and efficiency in India’s healthcare system.
Designed as a doctor-first solution, 120 by 80 enables doctors to manage consultations while maintaining strict patient confidentiality. The mobile app offers integration into a doctor’s workflow, allowing them to extend their reach beyond physical clinic hours.
To facilitate early adoption,120 by 80 has opened its waitlist allowing doctors to be among the first to experience this platform. By signing up, doctors can expand their consultation reach, tap into a broader patient base and leverage digital healthcare tools for seamless practice management.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), India has a doctor-to-patient ratio of 1:1500, which falls short of the WHO-recommended ratio of 1:1000. This gap is even more pronounced in rural areas, where access to trained medical professionals remains a significant challenge. 120 by 80 aims to address this disparity by enabling marginalised communities to connect with qualified doctors and receive quality medical care without geographical constraints.
