SMT launches Hydra TAVI System in Hungary with positive initial results

Hydra TAVI expands to Hungary, marking progress in minimally invasive treatments for aortic stenosis

Sahajanand Medical Technologies (SMT) has launched its Hydra Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) system in Hungary, achieving promising initial results at the Szegedi Tudományegyetem Szent-György Albert Klinikai Központ. The procedures were conducted under the leadership of Dr Ruzsa Zoltán and Dr Szücsborús Tamás, marking a step forward in minimally invasive treatments for aortic stenosis.

The Hydra TAVI system is designed to meet critical clinical needs by offering precise implantation and simplified coronary access. Its adaptable design aims to enable safe and efficient aortic valve replacement procedures while supporting improved patient outcomes in cardiac care.
