TERN Group and NSDC (I) to help 7,000+ nurses with global jobs in 2025

Under Mission 2025, TERN and NSDC aim to place over 2,000 nurses in Germany and 7,000 candidates globally in the next year

62 skilled nurses, primarily from Kerala, were felicitated at a special event in Kochi for securing placements in leading hospitals and care homes across Germany. Organised by TERN Group in partnership with NSDC International, the event celebrated the achievements of these nurses who are now poised for transformational opportunities abroad, earning salaries of up to Rs 3.5 lakhs per month post-recognition in Germany. Tenzing, Flugel and other training partners who played a key role in preparing candidates were also present.

Alok Kumar, CEO, NSDC International, commended the nurses for their dedication and emphasised the importance of India’s role in addressing Germany’s severe healthcare workforce shortage. Germany’s ageing population and rising care demands have created a critical need for skilled nurses, and Indian talent with proper training and preparation can bridge this gap.

He highlighted NSDC International’s collaboration with TERN, which has achieved a 70 per cent interview-to-selection success rate through high quality German language training, interview preparation, and cultural orientation.

Speaking at the event, Krishna Ramkumar, Founder and COO, TERN Group, shared that TERN was established to address the unethical practices and lack of transparency in talent migration. He explained how TERN has created a tech-driven, AI-powered platform that simplifies the recruitment process that works with 150+ clients across the UK, Germany,UAE and USA, making it faster, transparent, and trustworthy. TERN’s acquisition of Rekruut, a German recruitment company with over 10 years of experience and 2,000+ successful placements, further strengthens its execution capabilities in Germany and ensures compliance with the Gütesiegel Seal — a mark of high recruitment standards set by the German Federal Ministry of Health.

During the event, one of the nurses shared her story of earning just Rs 15,000 a monthdespite three years of nursing experience, underscoring the harsh reality faced by skilled healthcare professionals in India. This initiative not only provides these nurses with life-changing opportunities but also ensures financial stability for their families and uplifts entire communities.

Under Mission 2025, TERN and NSDC aim to place over 2,000 nurses in Germany and 7,000 candidates globally in the next year.
