Trivitron Healthcare and Amity University & Institutions (AU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to bridge the gap between academia and the medtech industry through joint research and training. This MoU will go into effect immediately and will remain in effect for five years.
As part of the MoU, Trivitron Healthcare and Amity University will synergise on multiple initiatives in cooperation for the joint research and training in the areas of pharmacology, immunology, virology, biotechnology, healthcare devices, molecular and stem cell research, applied sciences, new born screening, next generation sequencing, molecular/serology and advanced diagnostics.
They will also have collaborations in joint research, joint projects, dissertation projects for AU students at Trivitron, organising joint seminars and conferences, joint publications, any collaborative efforts that both may deem fit from time to time, and Trivitron Healthcare will offer internships and projects to students from Amity University.
The MoU aims to improve the quality of collaborative research and training, and topics for future research collaboration will be identified and noted in additional research-specific agreements that specify the proper and pertinent contributions from both the organisations.
