VentureBlick plans launch of world’s first healthcare collaboration platform, ‘Discovery’
To promote cross-border cooperation and advance revolutionary healthcare solutions, VentureBlick, a global platform for healthcare innovation has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with T-Hub, the technology incubator and accelerator in India. The conference was held by VentureBlick and T-Hub to announce their shared goal towards the global expansion of Indian healthcare startups.
The conference was held at T-Hub, Hyderabad in the presence of Dr Kailash Jialdasani, Head of Operations – South Asia at VentureBlick, Chris Lee – Founder & CEO of VentureBlick, Wing Commander (Retd) Anthony Anish, COO of T-Hub and Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Special Chief Secretary to Government of Telangana, Industries & Commerce (I&C) Department, & Information Technology, Electronics and Communications (ITE&C) Department, the esteemed chief guest present on the occasion.
The primary objective of this collaboration is to create an ecosystem that promotes innovation, knowledge exchange between countries, and distribution and marketing support for healthcare startups out of India.
Commenting on this development, Dr Jialdasani said, “India imports 70-80 per cent of its medical devices. We want to empower Indian entrepreneurs to create innovative healthcare technology not only for India but also for the world.”
