Wockhardt Hospitals has come up with an initiative to help doctors take some time from their busy schedule by organising a cricket tournament for them. Around 350 enthusiast doctors from 24 team participated for the trophy unveiling in the presence of Zahabiya Khorakiwala, Managing Director, Wockhardt Hospitals.
Dr Parag Rindani, Centre Head, Wockhardt Hospital, South Bombay, says “To help doctors de-stress, have fun and enjoyment, this unique initiative by the hospital can do the trick. The doctors will be able to take time for cricket, come together, enhance their fitness levels, build new relationships, strengthen bonds, and stay happy and calm. This cricket tournament will be a stress-buster for the doctors.”
Khorakiwala says, “Wockhardt Hospitals ensures that it comes up with unique initiatives, camps or drives not only for the patients but for the welfare of the doctors too. The hospital is determined to work towards the betterment of the doctors. It is the need of the hour for doctors to take charge of their health.”
