Emoha, SIS Alarms launch 24/7 emergency response for seniors

GoSecure aims to offer the elders a panic button which triggers a response system operational, connecting them with a network of over 15,000 ambulance partners and geriatric care specialists for immediate assistance

Emoha has partnered with SIS Alarms (VProtect), a security and response firm, to launch GoSecure, a pioneering 24/7 emergency response service. Recognising the challenges faced by senior citizens living alone, such as health risks and vulnerability to accidents, GoSecure aims to offer the elders a panic button which triggers an operational response system, connecting them with a network of over 15,000 ambulance partners and geriatric care specialists for immediate assistance.

Together, Emoha and SIS Alarms aim to establish an ecosystem prioritising the safety, security, and holistic well-being of India’s rapidly growing elderly population. Statistics from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) indicate that India’s elderly population is projected to account for 17 per cent of the global senior citizen population by 2050, reaching 347 million individuals.

The GoSecure service is designed to be user-friendly and accessible. This rapid response capability is crucial in reducing the time to treatment and potentially saving lives in critical situations.
