42Gears Mobility Systems, a front runner in the Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) industry has entered into a partner agreement with IDAT, a Dispatching Solution Independent Software Vendor (ISV). IDAT works for non-emergency medical transport, paratransit and taxi service providers.
42Gears Mobility Systems, which was recently mentioned in the Gartner Hype Cycle report, 2017 as a sample vendor, will now be working with IDAT to offer EMM features along with their Dispatching Solution platform.
IDAT Solution offers M-DATS transport management software with a reliable, easy-to-grasp user-interface. The solution is available as native mobile apps for iOS and Android. The M-DATS platform not only delivers top-notch service technology wise, but also helps non-emergency transport companies solve problems such as billing, claims and invoicing, route optimisation, GPS tracking and brokerage integration. M-DATS offers employee management features to improve operational efficiency as well.
