Chennai-based NRich Software has launched “DiaKare”, a free diabetes 24 x 7 health line to help patients lead a healthier life by dispelling doubts/questions about diabetes through conversation-style recorded messages in both English and Tamil. Now diabetes patients from anywhere in India can deal with their diabetes by calling 044-66 33 43 53 (a local call in Tamil Nadu) every day.
NRich Software had conducted a holistic seminar on diabetes management on World Diabetes Day 2010 under the auspices of its health portal www.healthierdiabetic.in. NRich’s offerings DiaSof (www.diasof.com) an electronic medical record (EMR) software for diabetes and DiaCel (www.diacel99.com), a mobile messaging solution also help diabetic patients to handle the disease effectively and hence have received encouraging response from patients and hospitals alike.
