PD Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre announced the appointment of Gautam Khanna, as its CEO. In addition to the role of CEO, Khanna will be responsible for the overall growth of the healthcare vertical within the Hinduja Group.
Speaking on the appointment Vinoo Hinduja, Executive Trustee, PD Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Center said, “Our Chairman, SP Hinduja has always driven us to be leaders by giving a vision that a patient should never become a mere number but should be given quality, transparency and ethical delivery of medicine. Today, we are enthused that we have found a leader, Khanna who believes in the same cause. We believe Khanna with his extensive experience will achieve our dream of virtual healthcare by innovation and creating synergies with international institutes of excellence. Khanna joins PD Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Center from 3M where he was associated for 22 years, with the last held position being Executive Director – Healthcare Business for India and Sri Lanka, including previous exposure in International Markets. In the past he has been Chairman – FICCI MDF (Medical Device Forum), Co-Chairman –AMCHAM Medical Equipment & Device Committee & Chair, India Working Group, ADVAMED; US.
