Urgent Care Centre partners as official healthcare partner for India Australia Test Match
In order to provide first aid cover for spectators, Urgent Care Centre has partnered as the official healthcare partner for the India Australia Test Match at Ferozeshah Kotla, New Delhi starting from March 22 – 26, 2013. The major objective of this partnership for medical emergency cover is to provide a time sensitive, safe, secure, orderly and efficient medical coverage for spectators throughout the matches.

In order to help spectators and volunteers who suffer from injuries and other medical problems during the match, Urgent Care is offering round the clock first aid counters at all the stands, ACLS ambulances and healthcare support. The first aid counters are manned by medical staff specially trained in pre hospital care.
Urgent Care Centres help the kind of patients who have an injury or illness that requires immediate care. The Urgent Care Centres are well-equipped to cater to the primary healthcare needs of the local communities (treatment for common injuries and conditions like cuts, burns, flu and outpatient department clinical services including preventative screening, basic diagnostics and vaccinations) as well as capabilities and experience to treat most episodic healthcare needs, including cardiac arrest, stroke symptoms, breathing problems and most trauma incidents.
