Funding in healthcare takes a 94.52% plunge in Nov 2024

Funding in the pharma and healthcare space plunged 94.52 per cent to $4.02 million in November 2024 from $73.4 million in October 2024. This is also a 95.87 per cent decline in funding in November 2024, when compared with the $97.3 million in November last year.
The entire funding raised by this space in November this year came from seed-stage and early-stage rounds, which accounted for 93.7 per cent and 6.3 per cent of the investments, respectively.
Assure and India IVF Clinic reported the biggest funding rounds in November 2024, raising $1.8 million and $1.3 million respectively. Keiretsu Forum, Venture Catalysts, and Tomorrow Capital were the most active investors during the period.
