QMS Medical acquired 51 per cent stake in Saarathi Healthcare

With the acquisition, QMS aims to expand the company’s total addressable market in the value-added patient services vertical of the Healthcare industry

QMS MAS provides patient screening services through its Patient Service Programs (PSP) and is also involved in the supply of diagnostic medical devices. These programmes allow patients to get access to advanced diagnostic tests for diseases such as Osteoporosis, Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Hypertension, across the country, allowing early intervention and the propagation of preventative healthcare.

Saarathi Healthcare provides services in patient and disease management, market access, and phygital solutions. Their team consists of tele and field counsellors who have provided patient support services in various disease areas like oncology, hepatology, chronic kidney disease, rare disease, etc, as well as in child growth and pregnant women, impacting positive disease outcomes.

With the acquisition, QMS Medical aims to expand the company’s total addressable market in the value-added patient services vertical of the Healthcare industry.
