Apollo Clinic gains NABH certification for its clinics in Karnataka
This is the second NABH accreditation received by Apollo Clinic nationwide, following the first recognition for their Anna Nagar centre in Chennai
Apollo Clinic has achieved NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers) recertification for Allopathic Clinic Standard. Its centre in Koramangala became the first clinic in Karnataka to receive this recognition.
In February 2024, the Koramangala clinic completed its NABH renewal assessment as part of the 2nd cycle accreditation, securing re-accreditation under the Allopathic Clinic Standards, Edition-1.
Key initiatives taken up by the clinic that led to the qualification included iQMS (Innovative Queue Management systems) implemented for process streamlining and visibility for the patients, OTP-based online feedback collection from patients to ensure authenticity and confidentiality, Prohealth program (AI-based system) and Home Collection Sample services.
