HCAH Kolkata receives NABH certification
HCAH offers specialised rehabilitation programmes for cancer patients, individuals with neurological disorders, dementia, and those recovering from stroke, spinal injury, trauma, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and post-operative care
HCAH Rehab and Recovery Center, Kolkata has secured the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) entry-level accreditation. This milestone positions HCAH’s first Rehab and Recovery Center in East India to gain this endorsement, preparing it to cater to the rehabilitation needs of West Bengal’s 91 million people and the 46 million residents of Northeast India.
HCAH offers specialised rehabilitation programmes for cancer patients, individuals with neurological disorders, dementia, and those recovering from stroke, spinal injury, trauma, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and post-operative care. HCAH Rehab and Recovery Center offers several rehabilitation services under one roof, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and cognitive therapy for psychological support.
In addition to the extensive rehabilitation services, HCAH offers Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) services. The LTAC services are designed with the aim to provide intensive, specialised care for patients with complex medical conditions requiring extended hospitalisation. HCAH operates a network of eight centres with 450 beds across India’s cities, offering 24×7 doctor support to patients and a multidisciplinary team.
