More than 300 speakers and delegates from renowned hospitals from all over India participated

Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Pune, Maharashtra’s first Joint Commission International (JCI), USA and NABH accredited Hospital, organised sixth National Conference on Pharmacy “ABMH Pharma Con – 2018” on December 15-18, 2018 at Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital.

The two-day conference witnessed more than 300 participants including speakers and delegates from renowned hospitals from all over India. Eminent healthcare executives mainly the pharmacy heads and PhD (Pharm) professors and deans from universities and hospitals like Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s College Of Pharmacy; Goa Medical College, Goa; SSPMS College, Dhule; D Y Patil College Of Pharmacy, Pune; Dr DY Patil Institute Of Pharmaceutical Sciences And Research, Pune; Indira College Of Pharmacy; Poona college of Pharmacy; Bharti Vidyapeet, Pune; Modern College Of Pharmacy, Moshi amongst others who actively participated and discussed various aspects of Pharmacist’s role.

During the two-day conference, various aspects of pharmacist’s role were discussed like pursuit for ‘Inspired Carriers’ In pharmaceutical sciences, stakeholders engagement for good governance in hospital pharmacy operations, role of clinical pharmacist in effective patient care etc. The conference covered debates and multidisciplinary panel discussion on key topics. The second day witnessed paper presentation where participants showcased their talent followed by prize distribution.
