Alkem MedTech partners with Exactech to manufacture and market joint replacement implants in India
Alkem MedTech collaborates with Exactech to bring advanced hip and knee implants to the Indian market, marking its entry into the implantable medical devices sector
Alkem MedTech, a subsidiary of Alkem Laboratories, has announced a partnership with Exactech Inc., a global medical device company based in Gainesville, Florida. This agreement allows Alkem MedTech to manufacture and market Exactech’s joint replacement implants in India.
Exactech is known for its development and production of joint replacement implants, surgical instruments, and smart technologies that improve patient mobility. The partnership grants Alkem MedTech access to the design, manufacturing expertise, and marketing rights of Exactech’s brands, including Truliant, Optetrak, Logic Fit, Alteon, AcuMatch, Novation, and Novation CFS.

This partnership marks Alkem MedTech’s entry into the implantable medical devices sector. The collaboration aims to enhance the Indian medical device market by offering world-class joint replacement solutions.
