Ampath expands presence in Punjab with new pathology lab in Pathankot

American Institute of Pathology & Laboratory Sciences (Ampath) has expanded its operations in Punjab with the launch of a new pathology laboratory in Pathankot. The facility, established in collaboration with Star Path Lab, Pathankot, was inaugurated on 23 March 2025 by Ashwani Sharma, MLA, Pathankot. The lab is located on Dalhousie Road, opposite Shani Dev Mandir, Pathankot.

Equipped with advanced diagnostic technology, the laboratory will provide accurate and timely testing services. It offers a comprehensive range of over 2,500 tests, including Clinical Biochemistry, Haematology, Flow Cytometry, Clinical Pathology, Serology, Immunology, Microbiology, Cytology, Histopathology, Immunohistochemistry, Molecular Diagnosis, Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), and Cytogenetics.

Ampath operates a Central Reference Laboratory in Hyderabad and 22 satellite labs across various locations.
