Attune Technologies expands its senior leadership team

Harish Sivaraman has joined as Senior VP for Projects & Implementation and Rajlakshmi Raghavan has been appointed as Senior VP and Head of Marketing

Attune Technologies has announced the expansion of its leadership team with the appointment of function heads for Marketing and Projects & Implementation.

Harish Sivaraman has joined as Senior VP for Projects & Implementation and Rajlakshmi Raghavan has been appointed as Senior VP and Head of Marketing. Both these leaders will report into Arvind Kumar, Founder & CEO of Attune Technologies.

Harish Sivaraman brings with him over 20 years of experience in healthcare, BPS and IT Services. Prior to joining Attune Technologies, Harish was part of Medall Healthcare, a leading healthcare diagnostics chain in India, Merrill Technologies and Lason. Harish comes with expertise in healthcare ecosystem and has driven large BPS companies to scale.

Rajlakshmi brings over 18 years of rich experience in sectors such as advertising, direct marketing, event management, PR, corporate communication and consulting. Prior to Attune Technologies, she was associated with Procter & Gamble, McCann Erickson, Ajuba Solutions, Region Holdings and TalentSprint in progressive marketing roles. She has a keen understanding of diverse markets and carries a wealth of experience from early-stage as well as large companies.

The appointment comes at a time when the company recently closed $10 million round of Series B funding led by Qualcomm Ventures and Norwest Venture Partners. The appointment of new members is part of the company’s initiative to hire strategic talent and strengthen leadership at Attune.
