The 18-week programme will help build a sustainable business and stronger alliance between Bosch and the start-up community
Bosch India has launched its first accelerator programme for startups called ‘discover, nurture and align- DNA.’ The 18 week programme is an intense development, mentoring and piloting platform for startups. The platform offers startups the opportunity of gaining access to Bosch’s working environment. Furthermore, they will also be able to pitch to Bosch’s management business unit heads as well as other external investors.
The startups will receive personalised mentorship from Bosch experts in areas such as, engineering, scope specific domains, product design, operations, finance and legal among others. Bosch is also open to partnering with these start-ups in order to cater to new markets, apart from providing disruptive business models. Through this model Bosch intends to gain a strong foot-hold into India’s booming start-up market.
Bosch’s DNA programme will provide support with scaling, industrialisation of products, market reach and design thinking elements that will enable start-ups to grow faster. By offering technology mentorship and support, start-ups receive the best-in-class engineering know-how. Such a partnership is mutually beneficial to Bosch as well as start-ups.
