Fischer Medical Ventures and RiteMED form partnership
Fischer Medical Ventures and RiteMED partner to improve healthcare access in the Philippines
Fischer Medical Ventures’s subsidiary DigiHealth has partnered with RiteMED to enhance healthcare services in the Philippines. This collaboration supports the country’s Universal Health Care program by using DigiHealth’s Automated Telehealth Machine to provide primary care screening and teleconsultation services, especially in remote areas.
Fischer Medical Ventures (formerly known as Fischer Chemic), emerged as a leading entity as the first company through its wholly owned subsidiary Time Medical International Ventures (India) to indigenously manufacture advanced high quality, cost-efficient Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) systems in India.
The company, through its subsidiary DigiHealth, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with RiteMED, a major player in generic medicine in the Philippines. The partnership aims to bridge the gap in affordable healthcare by deploying DigiHealth’s Automated Telehealth Machine (ATM). This machine conducts a comprehensive body diagnostic of over 60 clinical parameters within seven minutes and integrates teleconsultation to registered doctors, making healthcare accessible even in remote areas.
DigiHealth now partners RiteMED, founded in 2002 by United Laboratories (Unilab) and has since emerged A uni-branded generic company and trusted pharmaceutical company in Philippines.
