Tripartite Agreement signed between JSW Foundation, St. Joseph’s Education & Medical Relief Society and The Bombay Provincial Society of the Daughters of the Cross
JSW has signed an agreement to construct and redevelop, one of Mumbai’s oldest multi-specialty healthcare facility, St. Elizabeth’s Hospital’s B wing.
The Tripartite Agreement was signed & executed between JSW Foundation, St. Joseph’s Education & Medical Relief Society and The Bombay Provincial Society of the Daughters of the Cross.
According to this Agreement, JSW Foundation will construct and redevelop the city-based hospital’s B wing into a state-of-the-art medical centre with the latest infrastructure and amenities.
Following its redevelopment, St. Elizabeth’s Hospital will have a fully modernised medical centre covering close to 100,000 square feet flanked across 7 floors and 2 basements.
It is expected to be completed by 2026 and will be known as St. Elizabeth’s Hospital’s JSW Medical Centre. St. Joseph’s Education & Medical Relief Society operates and administers the Hospital on a day-to-day basis.
