Krsnaa Diagnostics has entered into a strategic partnership with Medikabazaar and United Imaging. This collaboration aims to establish over 30 imaging centres across Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities in India, supported by an investment exceeding ₹300 Crore. The partnership seeks to improve access to diagnostic services in underserved areas of the country.

This initiative combines advanced imaging technology and healthcare expertise to improve patient care. The focus will be on small towns and semi-urban areas to provide enhanced radiology imaging solutions. The collaboration aims to reach communities in need, thereby improving overall patient care in these regions.

The partnership will enable the deployment of advanced imaging technologies by Medikabazaar across Krsnaa’s network of diagnostic centres. This move aligns with both organisations’ goals to improve access to quality healthcare services. The objective is to ensure remote populations benefit from timely and accurate diagnostic testing.

Rajendra Mutha, Chairman of Krsnaa Diagnostics, stated, “We are thrilled to join hands with Medikabazaar and United Imaging in what we see as a transformative alliance for the Indian diagnostics industry. This collaboration not only enables us to expand our footprint into under-served regions but also strengthens our ability to offer cutting-edge imaging services at competitive prices. The special terms provided by United Imaging structured by Medikabazaar speak volumes about the trust they place in our operational excellence and leadership in the sector.”

The partnership aims to address the increasing demand for high-quality diagnostics in smaller towns and cities. It complements ongoing Public-Private Partnership projects across various locations in India, ensuring the benefits of this investment reach those most in need.

Dinesh Lodha, Group CEO at Medikabazaar, commented, “This collaboration brings together India’s two largest entities in the medical supplies and diagnostics space and will revolutionise healthcare accessibility, ensuring timely diagnosis and affordable advanced healthcare for under-served populations. It aligns with the country’s healthcare targets and aims to promote better infrastructure and healthcare delivery, especially in under-developed and under-served regions.”
