More than 100 expecting mothers attended the event
Lifecell in association with SevenHills Hospital recently celebrated ‘Mommies Day Out’ at SevenHills Hospital, Andheri. The workshop conducted by ISP was aimed to provide opportunity for expected mothers to learn and know about the changes they undergo in pregnancy. More than 100 expecting mothers assembled for this event.
Industry experts Sonali Shivlani, Executive Director, CAPPA India, Preeti Nambiar, Image Consultant, Ahantva and Amit Shah, Coach and Marketing Head for Infant Siddha Programme, were the speakers for the occasion. They elaborated and discussed on the journey of pregnancy, the utmost care needed in terms of proper diet, meditation, exercise. Special emphasis were given to music mediation, breathing technique and also sleeping position.
The hospital conducted session on umbilical stemcell banking and the importance to store the same for the baby’s health. The parents were also briefed about the science of preserving stem and the importance of umbilical cord that could help cure almost 70 lifestyle diseases. The event hosted various fun filled activities like walk the ramp, styling during pregnancy, Diet.
