Livlong 365 integrates with Ayushman Bharat Health account to strengthen digital healthcare access
The integration enables users to manage ABHA IDs, ensuring seamless health record access across hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres
Livlong 365, an OPD healthcare platform in India, has integrated with the Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) to enhance digital healthcare accessibility and interoperability. Available on Android and iOS, Livlong 365 allows users to create, link, and manage their ABHA ID, providing access to health records across hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres. The integration is projected to drive 200–300 per cent growth in ABHA linkages over the next 12–18 months, aligning with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) to boost digital health adoption.
The integration supports ABDM’s goal of creating a unified digital health ecosystem in India. By linking with ABHA, individuals can store, share, and retrieve medical records digitally, reducing paperwork and improving healthcare efficiency. The adoption of ABHA through Livlong 365 is expected to increase by 150–200 per cent in the first year, allowing users to download and link health records across multiple service providers.
Gaurav Dubey, Founder & CEO of Livlong 365, highlighted the impact of this initiative, stating, “Our integration with ABHA is a pivotal step in revolutionising healthcare delivery through a seamlessly connected, technology-driven ecosystem. By ensuring efficient data exchange, this initiative empowers patients with uninterrupted, high-quality care while enabling insurers to make more informed risk assessments. This alignment with the national healthcare vision strengthens transparency, efficiency, and accessibility—laying the foundation for a more resilient and patient-centric healthcare system. Livlong 365 is proud to align with the Central Government’s initiative of shaping a future where technology enhances every touchpoint of healthcare, ensuring better outcomes for all.”
India’s healthcare system has faced challenges related to fragmented records, misplaced prescriptions, and unorganised patient histories. The integration of ABHA with Livlong 365 addresses these issues by providing a single digital health ID for all medical records. Patients retain full control over their data, enabling consent-based sharing with healthcare providers. This facilitates faster doctor consultations, easier access to hospitals and diagnostic centres, and improved emergency care through instant availability of medical history.
The adoption of technology-driven healthcare solutions continues to grow, and the ABHA-Livlong 365 integration supports the shift towards a paperless, data-driven healthcare system. As India progresses towards a digital-first healthcare framework, this initiative reinforces Livlong 365’s role in improving healthcare accessibility, efficiency, and security.
