Meril Life Sciences hosts workshop on supply chain efficiency through digital technologies

Meril Life Sciences recently carried out a two-day practitioner-oriented executive programme, “Get Ahead in Life,” for senior and middle managers involved in healthcare supply chain management and procurement. The workshop focused on addressing critical challenges and opportunities in the healthcare supply chain through the use of digital technologies, AI, and product knowledge training.

A major change is being observed in the healthcare supply chain through the adoption of digital technologies. Automation, data analytics or real-time tracking has become essential in operations, invoicing and inventory decision-making. Such benefits result in efficiency, cost reduction and quality care of patients since important medical supplies will be available when needed. With continuing improvements for CNMs, the present and future healthcare supply chain will be much more effective and resilient, responsive and sustainable to deliver and achieve better healthcare outcomes for providers and patients.
